Arvid Bathory The food was really good and perfect made. The texture was perfectly balanced between the chips and sauce as well as it being balanced in the taco. The service was amazing, really friendly staff. We waited for tops 15 mins for our food to come. Really fast service and the atmosphere was amazing. There were songs playing in the background, not too loud nor too quiet. By the way your meant to take a menu and order then sit down, no-one will come to you and bring you to your table, you need to do that yourself they only bring your food and take your order!!

Tim Hood Proof the Masterchef judges got it right! We had Sunday lunch here and it was the best we’ve ever had, with the added bonus of some Michelin quality starters and deserts. On the day, the room looked lovely, the service ran smoothly, and the food was absolutely delicious fresh, seasonal, and great value. My guests were so impressed. George Anderson Excellent pub, great British food done well. Great pint of Harvey’s and wonderful atmosphere. Exactly what was needed after a day walking in the South Downs. Was only in the area for a couple days but would make effort to revisit in the future.

Jessica Wright Lovely country pub right in the middle of Marlborough high street. The outside is adorned with flowers which makes this pub look so inviting. We were served by a young lady called Chelsea I believe. Super friendly, welcoming and kind nature. She was attentive throughout our visit. The roast dinner was wonderful!
