Iulia Vlasa I had a very pleasant experience at The Kanteen London. The atmosphere is modern, relaxed, and welcoming, and the food was excellent – tasty, fresh, and beautifully presented. The staff are very friendly and professional, and the service was fast and attentive. We felt welcome throughout our visit, and the attention to detail was clearly noticeable. Congratulations to the owner and the manager for the way they run the team and for their professionalism. Special thanks to the waitress Luminița – friendly, attentive, and very kind, she contributed greatly to this positive experience. Mel M Ive always enjoyed my visits to this restaurant. However, today service was very slow, and the staff seemed a little uninterested. We had to repeatedly ask staff members if they could take our order. The food was very tasty and fresh, and I liked the fact that we were not rushed to quickly eat and leave. We had plenty of time to eat our meals and have a good conversation.
