The staff were attentive, accommodating, and the food and drinks were delicious as always! We always go to Manjal’s for our Christmas lunch and it’s a hidden gem in Loughton serving authentic Indian food. Thank you so much!

5 /5 Vaishali Kapadia: A group of four of us came here for a late lunch. Really pleased with the food. Very tasty and well made. We ordered a selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters and mains and we enjoyed it all. I particularly loved the lamb chops and lollipop chicken. The egg hopper was also tasty alongside the chicken curry which was so delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly. I’d definitely come back and I highly recommend for an authentic south asian food experience.

5 /5 Athiramol Ck: We had a wonderful Valentine’s Day dining experience at Manjal Restaurant, made even more special by the lovely candlelight setup and warm ambience. We had milk appam which was soft and perfectly made that we ended up reordering it. It paired beautifully with chicken Chettinad, which was rich, aromatic, and full of flavour. The nethili fish fry was wonderfully crispy and seasoned just right. For drinks, we tried the mixed fresh lime soda and mango lassi, both refreshing and delicious. A special mention to Bijil, whose genuine smile, warm and attentive hospitality throughout the visit, made us feel very welcome and even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic and flavourful Indian cuisine.

It is an ideal venue for both intimate gatherings and formal office luncheons. The ambiance is characterized by its impeccable decor and sophisticated ambiance. While the cuisine is of exceptional quality, the prices may be considered somewhat exorbitant. The staff members are courteous and attentive, accommodating the preferences of their patrons.
