Claire Johnson We stayed at the Xenia Hotel (Autograph Collection by Marriott) and had breakfast included at La Terrazza, the hotel’s Italian restaurant. The buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of proteins, fresh fruit, espresso drinks, and homemade cakes—everything beautifully presented and plentiful. A special mention to Albino, who made the experience truly memorable. He was charming and attentive, and even spoke to me in Italian after learning that I’m studying the language. A wonderful start to the day and a genuinely standout breakfast experience.

Lesley Cawood Mandy’s Munchies is my absolute go to spot for breakfast or lunch whenever I’m in Hornchurch. The food is consistently delicious and the van is always spotless, reflecting the high standards Mandy upholds. As for Mandy, she’s absolutely fabulous! Friendly, welcoming, and always providing the very best service, and always with a smile. If you’re in the area, you won’t find a better place for tasty food.

The spices were perfectly balanced, not overpowering, making each bite truly enjoyable even at home. The naan was soft and freshly baked, and the curries were rich and satisfying. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring I received excellent service even through the ordering process.
