What Clients Are Saying Pizzeria on the Green (GG)
5 /5 Rustam Khanmurzin: I loved this place. I arrived there super hungry, and had a calzone and a panna cotta, total of ÂŁ22, incl. service. Calzone was superb, flavorful but not greasy. The panna cotta not too sweet, just perfect, with some nice berries on top. Everything was relaxed, and also the place is clean.
5 /5 Greg Natanek: We had a nice dinner on Sunday night. Pizza was great and the restaurant is pet friendly! Highly recommened.
4 /5 Yus Ali: Came here for the England game on Sunday evening. The atmosphere was brilliant! And the restaurant was completely packed, the food itself was nice but would like to see more variety of pizzas without ham or salami and the same with the pastas.
Price wise I would say it’s a tad bit on the higher end for pizzas but was still nice. The biggest downfall for this place is the shisha lounge next door which most of the people inside will be smoking weed and you get a lovely strong breeze of it if you’re siting next door.
5 /5 Attila Gulyás: The restaurant has good service and relaxed / nice old school Italian atmosphere right next to Clapham common park. The food is decent, with a good selection of common Italian dishes, which we love.
I would not say the food is anything extraordinary, but I think this is what makes the place cool. No high prices, no strange twists on the recipes, no overstretched concepts, just good old fashioned pizza & pasta.
Drinks were fine too, but again we kept it simple.
I definitely would consider coming back.
Cecy Bellard Fried chicken Kara-Age is frickin sublime. Lovely solo lunch there at 4pm, had the restaurant to myself. Staff are very polite and attentive
Emily Cousins I really liked the pizza here, lovely attentive service and nice vibes. I had the Burratta and Nduja pizza with sundried tomatoes which was really good! Also had the Napoli before, again delicious. Thank you for the great service tonight.
The tiramisu is also really good, and the lemon sorbet very nice, very sharp but good.
Ray T We initially discovered Tawa Roti through Keith Lee’s video review. Having come down and tasted it myself, I must admit that it is top quality!
The authenticity shines through the flavour. We ordered doubles and pholourie as dishes to have because we were excited to taste these hot. Otherwise, it’s a warm and friendly family business with a smooth operation.
This spot amongst others make London what it truly is - a hub of flavours.
AKASH KOCHERY MERLIN I had very little expectations when I walked in on a random Tuesday night, but the food was amazing, and Sminish, one of the waiters, was incredibly kind and greeted me with a smile. I will definitely recommend Singapore Noodles and Camiles Spice Bag.
Dadrien Barnes I had a great time at the Ox. The food and drinks were good and our server, Michael, was great as well. It was my first time here (and first time for Sunday roast), and Ill definitely be back.
