1 /5 Tarek Mehaina: I called the Hotel twice before the day of my check in to check of there is a minifridge in the room and if there are electric cars charging stations in the parking, and I received confirmation that both are available. I was shocked to know when I arrived that both werent available in the hotel. When I asked the receptionist to escalate this issue, she esalated only to feedback the person who gave me false information, rather than to provide me with a minifridge.
During my stay, the staff initially rejected daily bed linen change in room service until I insisted on that and had to make sure everyday that they do it. At most of the times, the new towels provided had an awful smelling, when I asked the lady who does the room, she advised that another company does their laundry, rather than try to provide better ones.
Regarding the breakfast, it was a nightmare. If sometimes I go for it a bit late, I will find many items unavailable and I struggle with the staff to provide them and I feel they are stressed to help although I am still at the breakfast opening time. At some times, the staff might inform me that a certain item is out of stock. I had a very bad experience in breakfast and I felt that I am begging for food at many times.
Overall, I didnt enjoy my stay at all and I dont recommend this hotel for anyone. It is not due the hotels facilities, but about the staff relluctance to improve them as a part of customer service.
