Jason Johnson Id only eaten Colombian food once before, but knowing they use similar ingredients to Jamaica I wanted to further explore. I decided to head to here seeing the good reviews, and other mouthwatering photos. I loved every dish eaten, especially the plantain that when mixed with some of the meats gave an amazing taste you only seem to get from the Caribbean and South America. The atmosphere is great as you see many other Colombians happy to eat there while also soaking up their culture listening to conversations in S. American Spanish, salsa music, and eating great food!

Lovely House Dim Sum -

Rating: 4.6 /5
Sonny Pathak Went here for my birthday and I can honestly say: don’t let appearances fool you. Lovely House Dim Sum isn’t some polished, posh, linen-napkin joint — it’s basically a takeaway with a few tables, laminated menus, and Deliveroo riders flying in and out. But wow, the food. This is the real deal: freshly made, unbelievably fluffy, comforting dim sum — the kind you dream about later. The prawn tempura was light, crisp, and perfect (see photo!), and a standout yam dish came slick with chilli oil, sesame, and coriander — smoky, sweet, addictive. Real sake too, served warm and generous. Kathy, our waitress (and probably the owner), was wonderful — friendly, knowledgeable, and her recommendations were spot on. Everything felt personal, homemade, and full of soul. Exceptional value for money. If you’re nearby, eat in. If you’re not — get on Deliveroo. Either way, this is one of London’s hidden food gems.
