3 /5 Sarah Kane: Food was nice but what made my night was our Waitress Fernanda, she was so welcoming and her service is amazing… she was only one that out of the waitresses that actually looks happy doing her job so professionally.. so lovely she is and always smiling…. and I will say Tom the waiter was very good and helped out too..

5 /5 david harcup: We have just had a wonderful meal at the queens. Our waiter, Joao, he was excelent. Charming, helpful and his advice about the cheese and portwas spot on. We had a couple of drinks in the bar and the gent that served us knew what he was doing. The best oldfashianed ever. Thank you to all. David and Mandy Harcup

5 /5 Claire Brunetiere: The food was delicious and the portions very generous as well as beautifully presented. The children menu is very well priced and lovely, but above all of this, the waitress was the highlight of the evening. Wonderfully welcoming without being too much. Just perfect! Thank you for making our evening so special and lovely.

3 /5 Sapey Pete (Pete): The food was ok, starter main and desert was nice but this hotel is most certainly not 5 star. What made the experience was Fernanda the waitress who was excellent. She did not stop catering for our table and provided a first class service. Fernandas attention to detail was oustanding. I think Fernanda needs to be headhunted and be recruited in a decent hotel in London. Thank you.
