Kymber Daniels Doroszuk Best Thai food in west London! The owner is a brilliant chef and makes the incredible Crispy Beef, Pad See Ew, mango sticky rice, and more. Even the spring rolls are dream worthy, and have ruined all other spring rolls for me. We wish we could eat there everyday!

H Sahraee We had a lovely breakfast here. The food was really nice and yummy, and everything was fresh and well presented, Thanks chef Arkan. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Negin and Maryam served us and they were very kind, polite, and helpful which made us feel comfortable and well looked after. The service overall were excellent. Thank you to the whole team — we really enjoyed our breakfast and would happily come back.

Kieran Griggs Regular stayer. Pretty much faultless. The rooms are spotless and the housekeeping ladies do an excellent job turning a room around even in busy times. Front of house is a bit dated now but the service provided by the staff is excellent very happy to accommodate even the most tiresome of visitors. Nothing is too small or big for all the staff who are very attentive and have a great positive attitude. Jesvil is very good as the manager, and has his staff/colleages are a tribute to him. Great team. Ultimate Wi-Fi is faultless too.

Kimberley Maier Spent a night here after a flight cancellation. The check in process was simple, and we got our room keys quickly. We then went to the restaurant for a late dinner. The waiters were incredibly kind and attentive, and were also very knowledgeable about the menu and potential allergens. As others have mentioned, one lift was out of order but we didnt have to wait long for the one that was working.
