5 /5 Abbi Adair: Great find and competitively priced for London. Rooms a little snug, but perfect for a bed and a shower. The pub itself serves great food, staff in the morning are much friendlier than the bar staff. Continental breakfast was fab! Car park out the back too.
Only a 10 minute walk from the station, a large Tesco close by if you’ve forgotten anything (the Nisa is much more expensive), and take aways close by if needed. I’ll defo consider staying again!
Edit: here’s a lesson; I must learn not to write a review until we leave. Our last day was a Saturday; when they serve a cooked breakfast - full English or Vegi breakfast. Two of four came out after 25 minutes, and mine was the wrong order. The remaining two came out after 45 minutes. That’s just not acceptable for a breakfast order, so I wouldn’t suggest the service is good nor would we recommend staying here.
