What Clients Are Saying Saggor Tandoori Restaurant (GG)
2 /5 lucy poulton: I recently visited your establishment and enjoyed the food, which was nice. However, I was surprised to find that our bill was £420, but we ended up paying £500. I believe we were overcharged by £80. 6 separate payments were made and the man at the end said we owed £45 for final payment… at home realising that we overpaid the restaurant!
Check your bill!!!! We will not return
2 /5 Debbie groom: The food is excellent, it’s a shame they are not welcoming to those who are in a wheelchair. Unfortunately, I received no help trying to get my husband into the restaurant in his wheelchair and he was then squashed into a small space. As a family who have visited the saggor regularly for years I am so disappointed with the lack of care from the team.
5 /5 Molly Eden-James: Great food and so attentive to my annoying dietary requirements - the food was delicious and the guy on the phone is outstanding.
The rest of the party enjoyed their food also.
Next time were visiting we will come in rather than ordering to takeaway - you guys rock!
Definitely went above and beyond, and it is so appreciated, thank you!
5 /5 Pallabi Roy Sonkovics: Hadnt tried the Saggor Tandoori Restaurant before but decided to try them as we could order online for home delivery. The food arrived fairly promptly, it was very good and very enjoyable. Ill definitely use the online service again and a visit to the restaurant is now on the cards.
5 /5 David Filipiak: I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over a year, and every single visit has been a great experience. The staff is always incredibly welcoming, the food is consistently amazing, and the drinks never disappoint. The restaurant is very clean, the prices are more than fair, and the overall atmosphere makes you want to keep coming back. I highly recommend this place—until next time!
Ryan Cantrell Excellent food. As good of Carbonara as I’ve had in a long time. Best tomato bisque I’ve ever had. Great prices. Wonderful service. Highly recommend.
Cherub P A group of 8 of us girls booked at this restaurant for a set 3 course Christmas meal. The food was delicious and large portions. The price we paid was amazingly cheap too.
Its a busy little place, so do book ahead, it worth visiting.
Unfortunately I didnt take any pictures of the starters and main meals as they looked too good, we all just dived right in to eat.
I have attached pictures of our lovely desserts instead.
Chocolate brownie sundae and Pannacotta with raspberry.
Mo Mo Super friendly team with huge portions and delicious food.
We were welcomed in and given a lovely table and offered thai crackers to start. We opted for chicken satay which was juicy and delicious.
Then recommended to have the chicken pad Thai and we chose the beef Nasi goreng which was the standout dish!
I asked for prawns to be added to my pad Thai which they did.
Really lovely waitress and the owner was lovely.
Restaurant was very clean as were the toilets.
Great local place with super service and tasty food.
gerald gough Our party of 13 world travellers were really impressed by the Thai Food. 10/10 it was stated "Its the best, tastiest Thai food ever experienced, even in Thailand" Im so lucky to live in this village

mark Seddon Ok meal, but the food was served warm which quickly turned quite cold before we had finished. Suggest they serve over candles like other restaurants and heat the plate. £85 for 2. Quite steep for a cold curry.
livvy this certainly has to be one of the best fish and chips Ive ever had. The batter on the fish was so nice and fresh and crispy and for a medium fish it looked like a large. The chips were delicious, and the portion size was amazing. I rarely leave reviews, but this one had to be left. Great job guys keep it up!
