Kimberley Maier Spent a night here after a flight cancellation. The check in process was simple, and we got our room keys quickly. We then went to the restaurant for a late dinner. The waiters were incredibly kind and attentive, and were also very knowledgeable about the menu and potential allergens. As others have mentioned, one lift was out of order but we didnt have to wait long for the one that was working.

Megan White Absolute best pub for a match day! The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. Although it was very busy, the staff went above and beyond to get drinks served as quickly as possible. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly I feel I’ve made friends for life with the bar staff. Christian, Ranj, Millie and Joel were exceptional. Cannot wait for the next one!

S Rahman What an amazing place! Very reasonably priced GOOD food! Located quite close to the congestion zone, I generally find the area is a bit expensive, but not this place! Staff are very friendly and conversate with their customers as you wait for your food. It does get busy too, but the staff are very quick and efficient, so you’re never waiting too long. I’ve been working in the area for the passed month, and made it my regular breakfast or lunch spot (I have to go there at least once a day)! I first went there during the beginning of the second lockdown, so my pictures show how serious they are about the pandemic.

iva tania I love this one-stop leisure place and shop inside Syon Park. They have so many fresh foods and drinks, also natural and organic herbs, spices, even more snacks. Spending time around here more, you can buy your favorite flowers, books, and many things for your pretty house. If I were have more time, hope that I could enjoy their warm ambience cafe as well. Gonna be back here for real!

Moni F2 Delicious variety of typical Italian food. The customer service is fabulous. The staff is super fast to serve you and very friendly, wonderful atmosphere and pleasant atmosphere for any occasion. I highly recommend it.
