1 /5 Jenna Griffiths: We had a roast dinner here today from the carvery.
The staff welcomed us into the building and were friendly accommodating our seating needs. The chef who served us our carvery was also very friendly and polite. Sadly this is where the good experience ended. Food was truly shocking. It was cold, the potatoes under cooked and the gravey watery. The choice of vegetables was minimal.
One of us had a Korean burger. This was £14, with tiny patties (i think chicken as it was unidetifiable) covered in bread crumbs. And placed between a cheap tasteless bun with a few bits of pepper on top. Not sure what was Korean about it.
Mc donalds were serving better food this summer with their around world menu.
The restaurant was (unsuprisingly) empty other than two other tables. One of which made the same complaints as us and took their entire meal home to feed their dog. I personally feed my dog better food than was served up there today.
Sadly I hold out little hope for this restaurant, such a shame as the staff were really lovely.
