The service is consistently excellent—attentive, friendly, and always making sure we’re well taken care of without ever feeling rushed. On this visit, we came to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the staff made the evening feel even more special. Their timing, care, and genuine hospitality really stood out and added so much to the experience. It’s rare to find a place where the team remembers how to make guests feel welcome every single time, and that reliability is a big part of why we love it here. Great food, great atmosphere, and service that truly elevates the whole evening. We’ll definitely keep coming back.

5 /5 Stephen Gibbs: Sarranchino is an outstanding Italian gem in foody West Hampstead - genuine Italian food and attentive and friendly staff under the supervision of Roberto. Their recent “food tour around Italy” was an excellent idea to show off the versatility and variety of the cuisine they serve. Cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough!

Great, lively convivial atmosphere, big choice of dishes - and now the enterprising Giro dItalia offering specialities, food and wine, from a particular region. Service excellent, attentive and friendly.
