Squires Garden Centre - (Near Surrey, london)

1 /5 Victoria Curtis: We had an awful experience here. We waited 15 minutes to be seated with no apology, then waited again just to place our order. The food came out very quickly, but there were no drinks. When I asked when they would be coming, I got a curt “soon” and the server walked off—again, no apology. Tables and tables of dirty stuff around, and the place was hardly busy. By the time we finished our meal, the drinks finally arrived. Still no apology. I paid 8.99 for a stale egg sandwich, and my husband’s 2.99 side of coleslaw was barely a tablespoon. Afterward, we waited to pay and no one came to the table. Eventually, someone fetched the first genuinely kind employee we encountered the entire visit. I explained that we refused to tip due to the poor service and food quality, though I honestly felt bad for him. Unfortunately, this was our third bad experience here in a row. We won’t be eating here again and would recommend avoiding it.

4 /5 Tufty G: Went for a look around. Ended up having breakfast. We had a Squires full English, which was nice. Apart from the hard dried out bacon and black pudding. Under the heat lamps for to long. Lovely coffee. Pretty good service from the friendly staff.

5 /5 Louise Harding: Lovely local garden centre. Went here for breakfast recently. Honestly one of the best breakfasts I have had. Everything was hot, great portion size. Got some lovely Christmas bits on sale after new year. Love the animal area.

5 /5 Kath Taylor: We visit Squires on a regular basis. Usually for breakfast, which is cooked fresh and arrives quickly. SATURDAY 21ST FEB we popped into look at garden furniture, we chose the set we liked and got it sorted for a Tuesday free delivery. Sunday morning got a call to see if they could come right away. What amazing service. Everyone was so very helpful and pleasant. Thank you all for outstanding service.
