Simon Burchell Great food and lodgings. Bathroom was a bit poky, but at least it was en suite. Most staff were friendly and efficient. Very quiet in the room. I would say not great for anyone with mobility issues... many flights of steps to get to the rooms.

Carla Oshaughnessy We held my Sister’s 50th birthday meal /party there last night for 30 of us, we booked the whole restaurant ! The staff couldn’t do enough to help. The meal was amazing, we pre booked and there wasn’t a single issue with the food orders, all came out together and was delicious, the portions are also very generous. The staff all worked really hard. We all had a brilliant evening and my sister had the best 50th. We will def be booking future family parties with The Crown again soon.

He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His warm hospitality made us feel welcome and valued throughout the meal. Daniel Lane Smashing little cafe. Had a coffee before our walk around the stones and it did the job well. Had some nice ice creams on sale that were particularly tempting but just too cold for me on that chilly December day. Great service.

Michael Hontoir What a great pub! Dog friendly, with many dog patrons! We revisited today for lunch and had such a wonderful experience, the service was excellent, the food was really tasty, everything was a notch about that you’d expect at a pub, and the speed of service was unexpectedly quick too. Looking forward to returning.
