2 /5 Joao De Jesus: I recently visited Sunrise Cafe as I’m new to the area and was looking forward to trying a local breakfast spot. On the positive side, the breakfast portion was very generous and filling. The lady at the counter was warm, smiling, and greeted customers kindly, which created a welcoming first impression. However, there were several issues that unfortunately put me off returning. I noticed staff members frequently going in and out to smoke cigarettes, and cigarette butts were scattered around the entrance. This was quite noticeable and didn’t give a hygienic impression. Walking in through the door, the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong, which made the experience uncomfortable from the start. Inside, staff were talking very loudly and the music was also quite loud, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy breakfast. The overall atmosphere felt a bit chaotic rather than comfortable. I would love to come back because the food portions were great and the service at the counter was friendly. However, the smoking near the entrance, cleanliness concerns, and the loud environment really need to be addressed, as they significantly affect the overall dining experience.

1 /5 Jay Patel: Actually kitchen staff behaviour is not good they are not giving respect to the customer and angry on customer also angry on deliver driver this is not good. If order is not ready so don’t angry on delivery drivers they are doing on there job give the respect to every customer and drivers. Don’t rudely behaviour with drivers.

5 /5 cherenet desta: What an absolutely incredible cafe, it is truly a hidden gem in East Acton. From entry, the delicious smells of the food entices you, the smile and warm energy from the staff to the chefs. I got the sunrise special and my wife got the sausage and mushroom baguette both were cooked to perfection absolutely delicious as well as one of the most delicious cappuccino’s I’ve ever tasted. Over all 10/10 highly recommended and will be defiantly going back again!!

5 /5 Will Sales: Customer service mastery. I’d like to highlight how impressed I was at the customer service here, I’d gone in to the cafe as I’d heard great things online. I’d ordered my food from the incredibly friendly staff, unfortunately just before my food arrived I received a phone call and had to leave the cafe to attend to something urgently. The cafe manager told me not to worry and that should I come back, the food would be prepared again no cost. I did come back as I was eager to try the food and absorb the proper cafe atmosphere. True to their word the manager not only prepared my food fresh but also remembered my order exactly down to the details of which additional items I requested. Things like this make a big difference to someone’s day, it’s a reminder there are good people in the world. I will be recommending Sunrise to anyone looking for food in the area and will no doubt return myself. Thank you very much
