Tristan Hermosa I recently had a wonderful dining experience at Zizzi, and it’s definitely a place I would happily return to. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, relaxed, and welcoming — perfect for both casual meals and special catch-ups with friends or family. The restaurant itself was clean, stylish, and had a lively but comfortable ambiance that made the whole visit enjoyable. One of the highlights of our experience was the excellent customer service. Christine and Julia, who served us during our visit, were both incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They made us feel genuinely welcome, checked in regularly without being intrusive, and ensured that everything we needed was taken care of promptly. Their positive attitude and friendly approach truly added a personal touch to our dining experience. The food was equally impressive — beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavour. The menu offered a good variety of options, and everything we ordered arrived on time and tasted delicious. It was clear that care had been taken in both preparation and presentation. Overall, Zizzi delivered not only great food but also outstanding service, thanks especially to Christine and Julia. Their hospitality made our visit memorable and enjoyable from start to finish. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience with excellent customer care.

Family Yau This is my 4th order!!! I love her dishes. She sent them to me by delivery all the way to London. Highly recommended. Delicious! Sarah Archer-palmer I had a surprise birthday last Saturday organised by my daughter. It was for 22 people, preordered food & wine. Unfortunately 5 people couldn’t come but the staff, especially JP and Alex, went out of their way to change the tables, move chairs etc, relay everything. It was quick, efficient and calm. They took over everything. The food was excellent, I had fish & chips. The chef was very flexible with timings and all food came out at once. I know everyone enjoyed their meal as there were lots of compliments! The rugby was on the TVs but didn’t overbear our table and lots of us enjoyed it in the background. This encouraged the fun, laid back atmosphere. The end of the evening was relaxed with making payments and the flexibility to chop and change was very appreciated. Hannah had an excellent team which goes to show she is an excellent manager. We are locals and really enjoyed showing off The Drummond in all her updated glory to my close friends and family. Chris Fish Super friendly chef/owner and excellent food!! We wondered in here in a rush to get to Drumsheds. We only had about half an hour, and he managed to rustle us up something, despite the kitchen having only just opened. And what he rustled up was delicious - and he was very happy to tell us in detail about what inspired the dish and how it was prepared. Super friendly family-owned business. Love it, and will absolutely be back!

Ho Juen Ko A lovely authentic family-run Italian restaurant in the heart of Horsham! The service was great from the very beginning - the staff was super friendly in helping us to our seats and going through the specials! The food was amazing from start to finish. The cheesy garlic bread was nicely stringy and chewy! The seafood risotto tasted very fresh and the prawns were lovely and tender. The desserts were beautiful - tiramisu wasn’t too sweet and had a nice hint of alcohol and light. The cheesecake had a delicious cherry topping!

Kelly Just popped in for chips and salad and the food was lovely. Chips werent greasy and the salad was lovely and fresh! And the chilli sauce...WOW!! But what impressed me most was the attitudes of the young guys who work there, they were really friendly, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended you give this place a try...Ill definitely be going back
