5 /5 mrslazzlazz: A highly enjoyable evening rapidly declined after making a friendly request to change tables. I won’t go into details as the manager seemed genuinely apologetic and resolved the matter amicably. I gave 5 stars as I’ve previously had many good takeaways and visits to Tarantino’s but regrettably I won’t be dining there again.

2 /5 Dave Smith: I have to say having heard lots of good things about the place, its one of the worst Italian restaurants I’ve been to…..and I’ve been to Prezzos! I had the crab ravioli which had the thinest scraping of crab ever and was drowned in what tasted like a sauce from a jar. My wife’s seafood risotto wasn’t much better. Service was rubbish also. Told the waiter about the poor food and no one even bothered to come back. Eventually got the main off the bill. Avoid

3 /5 Carl Mendes: Starters-wise the garlic bread came out perfectly crispy, warm, and full of flavour. The mushroom cheese dish was ok. The house red, a delicious Merlot. Service was wonderful throughout, genuinely attentive without ever feeling intrusive. The risotto verde was tasty and well made main. The only real downside was the commercial music being blasted out. Until it came on, the ambiance was lovely, but once it started it really took away from the atmosphere. Overall, still a good experience, but the music definitely affected the vibe.
