Violeta Pascal We followed the waiter recommendation and we really enjoyed the suggestions: We got the vegan tapas, tofu buns and the date and miso pudding and very good wine. All the flavours were exceptional, very well executed and the attention was a +5. I forgot to ask his name to the gentleman who took care of us during our visit but for sure he made a big difference. For sure going back next time I visit Brighton.

Theresa Baker Amazing birthday celebration at Adelfia. Made even more special by the attentiveness of Andreas and his lovely team. Food was delicious I had sea bass, which the chef pandered to my love of broccoli rather than the traditional salad garnish. It came with delicious triple cooked chips. My husband had lamb chops which he also raved about. Cannot recommend this gem of a restaurant enough.

Victoria Buccellato Came for a date night, we ordered a sharing meat platter between 2. Personal favourite was the fillet steak and sirloin cut. The other 2 cuts not as nice, But that’s personal opinions. Came with two sides ( chips and mash for us. Delicious! ) Our waitress Amber, did a fantastic job. Thankyou for the lovely evening. See you again x

The Black Horse -

Peter Dangerfield We loved the Black Horse. It is an historic building in a charming quiet village nestling in the South Downs. The public areas are welcoming and interesting with open log fires and comfortable seating. The food is imaginative but also has pub classics. Excellent beer, cider and wine with a good selecton by the glass as well as bottle. Our room was neat and tidy with a huge bed. The staff were unfailingly friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.
