1 /5 Tom Dillon: The recent dining experience was, regrettably, subpar. The service and food quality were significantly below expectations during our visit celebrating a friends birthday. Initial drink service was delayed, with a 43-minute wait for the first order. The starter was excessively dry, and a requested balsamic vinegar was not provided, making it inedible .
A 50-minute delay occurred between the starter and main courses.
The main courses presented several issues. The chicken burger featured an unsatisfactory buttermilk coating and excessively melted cheese, resulting in oil accumulation on the plate, and the accompanying fries were cold.
The lamb chops were served cold, primarily consisting of fat and lacking seasoning. The mashed potatoes lacked flavour and was SMASH.
The risottos presentation was unappealing, and it was also served cold and lacked flavour
Meal delivery was not synchronised, and there was a considerable delay between the main course and dessert, with four desserts initially forgotten about.
One servers demeanor and actions indicated a lack of enthusiasm with slamming drinks on the table and ignoring requests for our follow up drinks.
Furthermore, the music volume was excessive, hindering conversation at all, and the dance floor setup and table rearrangement occurred during the main course and dessert service, disrupting the dining experience.
