Sharon Smith We’d not pre booked, it was early Monday afternoon (22nd Dec)…we had our very small cavapoochon & they were very welcoming. It’s fair to say they don’t openly advertise a dogs welcome policy, but if you ask & they can accommodate your pooch they will (subject to other guest bookings). The food was excellent, the service very good. I appreciate the comments about the house wine costs, service & cover charge - this is London!!! An independent & authentic restaurant of very good quality food…what’s not to like? We would definitely return - thank you Giorgio’s we loved it.

Didier Demange Honest Burgers in Change Alley is exactly what you want when life’s too short to count calories. Yes, it’s a burger—calories included—but how can you resist that juicy patty? The buns practically beg you to indulge, and those rosemary chips? Pure happiness on the side. It’s the kind of place where diets take a back seat, and the only math you need is how many bites until the next one. Perfect for anyone who believes life’s about enjoyment, not restrictions.

Samanta Grinberga I visited 14 Stories in 2024 to celebrate my birthday and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was amazing, I genuinely felt like a special guest. The staff were sophisticated, attentive, and very knowledgeable, which really elevated the whole experience. The rooftop views of London were stunning, and the interior was just as impressive; beautifully designed, elegant, and very aesthetic. It was a beautiful rooftop dining experience, not just for the views but for the overall atmosphere too. It is on the more expensive side, but for a special occasion we didn’t mind at all. We didn’t go overboard and spent around £65 per person, and everything was beautifully presented and genuinely delicious. The place was spotless, well presented, and it was clear the staff take real pride in what they do. We managed to capture some gorgeous photos, and I was even surprised with a small birthday dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch. I’d absolutely love to return and really indulge in the cocktails and explore more of the menu. I’d highly recommend this for a more sophisticated occasion — whether that’s with friends, family, or for a fancy date. Definitely a memorable experience.

Thomas Fournil Food was excellent. Refined but spiced and generous. The Crab Rigatoni was incredible, it got better and better as I ate it. Venison was gorgeous if maybe a touch too sweet for me. Desserts were not on par, but I recommend the soufflé. In the website, it says that all tables have a great view; that is not true. However it felt very peaceful and enjoyable regardless, as there aren’t many tables. A wonderful moment!

wting Had Sunday Roast here recently, and they offer a buffet-style roast on the last Sunday of every month (definitely worth checking ahead if you’re planning to go!). We chose the 3-course option which includes a glass of champagne. The snacks and starter were much larger than expected, I was already a bit full before the main! The buffet-style mains offer a few options — not a huge spread, but everything was great quality. The chef carves the meat for you right at the table, which is such a nice touch. The sides like cabbage and seasonal greens were so delicious, not just simply steamed or roasted, but full of flavour. The service was also very attentive throughout. Highly recommend this place for a Sunday Roast especially the buffet-style option so you can try different meats at once!

Rawden L Always a warm welcome. If you’re after something a little cozier the downstairs bar is perfect for business lunches. The steak sandwich is the order of the day. You can order that by the platter for groups of 4! Upstairs you’ll find the full dining experience, amazing steaks and just the type of place to settle in should the mood take. Worth booking in advance as it gets busy!
