Maddi Crease Me and my boyfriend travelled here for our anniversary. We thought the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even checking us in early at our request which was so helpful. The interior decor and the building itself were beautiful.
We greatly enjoyed the spa treatments and facilities, with a lovely hour long massage, and found the spa itself to be better than expected. The wood sauna was shut sadly but other than that, the spa was very well maintained and had a hot tub, pool, steam room, gym and nice changing rooms available.
Our 3-course dinner was lovely, and they gave us an additional small brownie each on a plate with writing as we let them know it was our anniversary, a really kind touch.
No real complaints at all. The only confusion I did have was that we booked a package break which is advertised with dinner as part of it, but there was no price difference here - but I think I misread this. I do feel the meal was worth the cost as well. And the cocktails were delicious!
The only issue we had in our room was the shower was not well set up so the water went on the bathroom floor, but this was easy to clean up.
Overall really impressed and it made for a really lovely anniversary break. Thanks so much for having us!
