5 /5 Fay Hamilton: We visited today, as we won a competition on Facebook for a Sunday roast for two, our journey of an hour and 10 minutes was definitely well worth it.. we would definitely go back as paying customers. The food was by far the best roast dinner we have had in a long time, compliments to the chef! Ethan, who welcomed and served us, was outstanding. We both had the topside beef, and it was delicious. My partner had the baileys sundae, and he said it was absolutely delicious. I had the oreo sundae, and it was to die for!! All staff were friendly.. the pub itself was clean. The only downfall was nothing to do with the pub itself, but a raucous crowd disturbed the atmosphere.. but that can be expected in a pub.. we would definitely love to come back if in the area. Please note that starters are not available on the menu on a Sunday.

5 /5 Isabella Spencer-Bagley: Me and my husband have probably tried every Sunday Roast within a 20 mile radius of Ashford and this is the best we’ve ever had without a doubt! Meat was perfectly cooked, the best yorkshire puddings i’ve ever had and great service too. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and portions. Was too full to try any puddings but will definitely be back - thank you!

5 /5 Ian Olley: Nice little pub, very friendly staff and friendly locals (my son saw one of them playing darts and asked if he wanted a go which my son absolutely loved) food was lovely and well priced.
