5 /5 Langrish-Dixon Clare (CLD): A perfect evening… The Percy Arms is everything a great local pub should be - it has fantastic food and drink options with warm and welcoming staff in a cosy location. If you’re a steak fan, don’t miss Tuesdays steak night, it really is exceptional. Our steak tonight was as soft as butter and so flavourful. Simply delicious. Thanks so much to Shane and all of the friendly team for making my husband’s birthday so special tonight, it was very much appreciated.

5 /5 Nellie A: I visited The Percy Arms last Sunday with a large family group of nineteen people. We thoroughly enjoyed the food- it was all cooked and presented so well. Many had the Bistro Steak and some had the Hake. The service was very good indeed. It was a really good experience for a large family gathering. I have also been several times in a smaller group last year and always the experience has been very good and the food cooked perfectly.

5 /5 Gas Appliance Specialists: I had a lovely albeit short experience at the Percy Arms, I stayed one night for business. Regretfully work ran over and I was late checking in (after 11pm), I received a call from the Hotel checking I was coming and also ensured that there was a night porter to let me in. The room was very well presented, clean and comfortable. The following morning, I had a delicious breakfast, where all of the food was of a high quality (lovely thick bacon, beautiful fried eggs, tasty sausage etc). All in all the service was great the staff very caring and friendly - the only downside was that I was unable to sample dinner (but that was my own fault for being late!!!) definitely recommend & I would 100% stay here again

5 /5 John Max Maxwell: My son & I recently stayed here prior to an interview day at Surrey University. Parking was simple and from the moment we walked in, the service was next level & certainly beyond what Im used to. Room was great, food was fantastic (dinner & breakfast) but as i say, above all else - the staff were ALL fantastic. Well done & Thank you for showing that this IS possible in the UK.

4 /5 Jen Danielle: Havent stayed but been twice now. Booked table both times as gets very busy 1st time had ribs which were amazing . Then tried the carvery gets very busy so waiting inline can take a while and small serving place but food was nice. Service was great even though was busy always a member of staff on hand to help will be back
