Sophie We visited for the festive afternoon tea and booked the dome, it was highly enjoyable and loved the sweet treats especially the clotted cream and scone. The staff were lovely and really friendly. Would highly recommend booking a dome.

Reely My fav is peri2 chicken sandwich and sweet chilli sandwich. Every thursday they sell Chicken Pad Thai and Chorizo ​​​​Pasta and they are all delicious.

Bakhtiyor Sharipov We had a wonderful experience at Carluccio’s. It was very busy when we arrived, but the manager, Eddie, went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure we were taken care of. His professionalism and friendly attitude immediately set a positive tone for the evening. Despite how busy the restaurant was, the service remained attentive and efficient. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was lively yet welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. A big thank you to Eddie and the team for their outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and well organized. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. What truly stood out, however, was the breakfast. It was absolutely exceptional — without a doubt one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever experienced. The selection was incredibly varied, with fresh fruits, high-quality pastries, delicious hot dishes, freshly baked bread, and excellent coffee. Everything was beautifully presented and constantly replenished. You could really taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. A very special mention goes to Cecilia, who made our breakfast experience even more memorable. Her service was outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She greeted every guest with a smile, made sure everything was perfect, and created such a pleasant atmosphere in the morning. Her professionalism and kindness truly made a difference and started each day on the best possible note. Thank you for such a fantastic stay. We are already looking forward to coming back!

AK Al-Khayer Food is nice and authentic here. Dish of the day is always freshly cooked and prepared everyday. Grills are so delicious also. This restaurant is a much if you like the authenticity of the Lebanese food. Customer service is amazing as well. Many thanks to Abo Karerm, the managers and others who work there. They provide immaculate customer service.
