Emily O My friend and I visited last night and had such a lovely experience. The food and wine were both delicious, and the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable about all the cheeses and wines. You could really tell they enjoy working there, which made the atmosphere even nicer. We’ll definitely be back!

Kerry Barker This restaurant is amazing and the staff are so friendly, the service was 10 out of 10, the food was fresh and delicious, we has the oysters to start and I had the veal which I let my partner have a morsel which I begrudged, he ordered the cod in a mornay sauce obviously I had to try that, we shared the chips and spinach and they were enough for the 2 of us, I can’t comment on desserts as we were so full and didn’t have the room, I can not wait to go back, this is how real Italian food is cooked

George Papadopoulos Visited Ole Kyiv for dinner and had a great experience. The restaurant is spacious, and we were seated immediately without any wait. Julia looked after us and was very helpful, since it was our first time trying Ukrainian cuisine, we asked for her recommendations. The food was delicious, and the dessert was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant and definitely plan to return.

Liz Ockendon We visited today at lunchtime and had such a lovely experience. We were running late after getting caught on the motorway coming from Canterbury, but when we called ahead the team were really understanding. We arrived about half an hour after the call and were greeted by a very polite gentleman who seated our party quickly. The restaurant looked like it was at full capacity, so we did wonder if we might have a long wait — but thank goodness for our lovely waitress! I didn’t catch her name, but she was absolutely amazing. She seemed to be running our whole section on her own, yet remained so calm, friendly and attentive throughout. We didn’t have to wait long at all. Our food came out hot and was really scrummy. All five of us had a really lovely lunch. Thank you, Tigers Head — and especially a big thank you to the wonderful waitress who made our visit so enjoyable! :)

Robert Birkholz I really enjoyed my visit to Bickley Arms. The place had a great crowd with lots of people in, which gave it a lively vibe. Even though it was busy, I found it pretty clean and organised. I really liked the layout - split levels, a huge garden with huts, and different areas for dining, drinks, sport on TV, or even private hire. It’s also super convenient being just a short walk from the station, so I can see why it’s popular. Toilets were clean too, which impressed me. Overall, a solid spot!

Vikki Melhuish We held our wedding lunch here in November 2025 with 20 guests. Atmosphere, food, service, drinks - all amazing. We wanted to give our guests a choice of food rather than your usual sit-down wedding breakfast and everyone seemed to thoroughly enjoy what they had. A lovely memory and we will be back soon (not with 20 people, though!)
