1 /5 Luka Webster: Ordered from this restaurant spent £31.47 waited for 30-40 minutes out of the blue just eat said it got delivered I checked if they got the wrong house so I called them up only for the staff member to say a woman had the exact same order code. Frankly I don’t know how that’s possible and to add to that why would I order food to my house if I were to pick it up. The woman didn’t understand what I was trying to say she just kept repeating saying that she gave it to a mother and daughter. They have a very odd system running lucky I got a refund. Still horrible customer service.

1 /5 Arna Doust: Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I visited You Me Sushi in Barnet on Monday 26/01/2026 around 4 pm with my daughter. We placed two separate orders. One staff member initially gave us chopsticks and soya sauce, and my daughter started eating. When my order was ready, another staff member, Michelle, gave me only soya sauce. When I asked for chopsticks, she rudely told me that I should use one set of chopsticks for both myself and my child and said I should not ask for extra chopsticks in the future. Her tone was extremely disrespectful and inappropriate. When I tried to address her behaviour and raise a complaint, she completely ignored me. What made the situation worse was seeing her take a tablet and put it in her mouth while wearing the same gloves she was using to prepare sushi for customers. This is a serious hygiene concern. I can see from other people’s reviews that there are repeated complaints about staff’s bad behaviour. I am very surprised that the owner has not taken any action about this — or perhaps she is the owner herself. Between the rude treatment and the lack of basic food hygiene, this experience was shocking. I will never return to this shop and strongly advise others to think twice before visiting.
