5 /5 Adam B: An absolute must if you’re a Sanrio fan - the atmosphere is lovely, with lots of cute decor and nice little touches everywhere. The food and drinks are tasty, and fully themed, with fun decorations all over. Not the cheapest, but largely on par with a more premium cafe, so not unreasonable. The store downstairs has some items exclusive to the cafe (mainly mugs and pins), so even if you’ve been to the Artbox store in Covent Garden, it’s worth having a look around.

5 /5 Gaby S: The cutest cafe in Brighton! Right now it is My Melody and Kuromi themed. We went for afternoon tea. My partner got the Kuromi theme and I got the my Melody theme. The sweets are cute and perfectly on theme. They also taste great. The little sandwiches are also very tasty. We’re vegetarian, but they had the option to make it fully vegan which is nice. The staff is sweet, and when you’re done with your food, there is a cute shop downstairs with merch.

From the moment you step inside, the whimsical décor and beautifully curated gift shop create an utterly enchanting atmosphere.The staff are simply outstanding – warm, bubbly, and genuinely excited to share the experience with you. Nothing feels rushed, and they take the time to explain everything with a smile. Booking in advance is essential; the one-hour slots fill up fast, and it’s easy to see why. Our waitress was an absolute gem attentive, kind, and made the whole visit good.The food and drinks are almost too cute to eat (perfect for photos) yet genuinely quality and creativity but the taste wasnt up to standards. Still one of the most joyful café experiences around. Perfect for a special treat with friends or loved ones. Book early, bring your camera, and prepare to leave with a huge smile.
