1 /5 Sara B.: Waited 35 minutes for 2 wraps and chips. ( ordered made at 12:27 and received at 1pm) when I asked the person at the counter he said « coming in 10min » every 10 minutes. After 30 minutes I asked him why is it so long which he replied «  not my fault it’s the kitchen » 0 apologise, he laugh with a Deliveroo driver. Chips were disgusting and probably from yesterday. Chicken very dry. Service 0. Won’t come again and I go to others branches quite often

1 /5 H S: Atrocious customer service. My husband went in with my son and mother in law whilst he was waiting for myself and my mum to come and he was asked to leave! Vaknish told my husband he’d give him ‘5 more minutes’ before he has to leave. He’d waited for about 10 minutes, and the store wasn’t busy. It was an occasion we wanted to celebrate, so we were very disappointed with the service. My husband had a 11 month baby and an elderly woman with him - honestly I was so shocked by the service as I’d never experienced something like this before. Anyways, we went to the one in Shepherd’s Bush instead and spent our money there. The area manager was in store, we told her about our experience. Honestly still shocked.

5 /5 bhavin thakkar: Amazing Chai & Excellent Service The chai here is truly too good—rich, perfectly balanced, and consistently satisfying. What really makes the experience special is the customer service. Sameer and Anil are both incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They make sure every customer feels valued and comfortable, which adds so much to the overall vibe of the place. Great tea, great people, and great service. Highly recommended!

Whilst waiting for my wife and mother in-law, I was approached by Vaknish(front of house) and told i had to order or leave, he walked away before I responded. I approached the counter and told him I am waiting for my family, its rude in my culture to order or eat u til everyone has arrived. He told me "I will give you 5 minutes". I had only been waiting with my mother and son for 10 minutes. I was suprised by his rudeness and complete disregard for customer service. He argued that the manager will check the cctv and see you were here for a long time without buying. We left and went to the Sheperds bush Chaiiwala were they were more hospitable and considerate. Also, the prices are different in each franchise. Terrible way to deal with paying customers, as you can see from the receipt they lost £56.85 in revenue!
