Áine D We arrived for a bottomless brunch and unfortunately werent served until half an hour after wed sat down. I had to go up to the bar to ask to be served our drinks and our food. after going to the bar, the manager advised us our server would be down to us. We waited another 10 minutes. Eventually they came down to take our food order and drink order.
After we were finished our food and a second drink, we had to wait another 40 minutes to get another drink, so within the space of 90 minutes, we only got three drinks. This wasnt great service at all. Until Crystal and Adam jumped in and came along and extended our bottomless brunch and also gave us a complimentary bottle of prosecco for the inconvenience. Had Crystal and Adam not intervened, I would not have rated this experience a five star. They were super helpful, and honestly I would come back again if I knew Crystal and Adam were the ones involved in the bottomless brunch. They were super hospitable and accomodating and are a credit to Bromley o Neills
