5 /5 sally murphy: First time eating from here after being recommended by the owner of lollies sweet shop opposite. Wow wow wow the burger was by far one of the best I’ve eaten in a very long time, the Cajun spiced chips were amazing, daughter had a fried chicken wrap with lab chips & she said that was awesome. We would normally just walk past this little shops but glad we checked it out, will definitely be going back & recommending to family & friends, the guy serving us today was very polite & patient, as we took our time ordering lol

1 /5 Laury Burba: Excuse me… £23 for this? Meat was burnt to literal charcoal, no sauce, no cheese, and that’s supposed to be a “double double.” Size was giving kid’s meal energy. Saw it on Uber Eats, thought I’d try… big mistake. Website flexes a 4/5 hygiene rating but honestly this was straight up dog food. Fries? Don’t even. The “beef topping” was just burnt scraps sprinkled on top like an ashtray special. Couldn’t even get through half. Total waste of money, man.

5 /5 Tom Adams: If youre craving a smash burger that nails the crispy-beef crust while staying juicy and cheesy inside, Cookin’ Lab is the place. I definitely recommend their smash burger, it’s bold, flavour-forward, and a proper comfort food win.

4 /5 Mohammad Alom: Good quality burgers and fried chicken. Their beef burgers are really nice and generous portions. However, its worth noting if you order it through Uber Eats when they have the buy 1 get 1 free offer, the patty tends to be smaller than usual. The chicken burger is also very nice. Crispy, flavoursome and nice size. Their lab sauce is a nice addition so be sure not to miss it. The chicken lab chips are very nice and compliment the burgers well. However, their Beef lab chips are disappointing. They literally just cut a smash burger patty in half and put it on top of chips. Their chicken chunks are also a good choice. Nice little snack. 20/04/25 - got their Nashville Double Patty burger today. Was really nice and had a good kick to it. Had their Nashville loaded fries with it. It was ok but felt a bit overpowering.
