Marzena Wolska I visited the Bali Brasserie restaurant for the first time and really enjoyed the experience. The food was great. We had chicken satay and samosas as starters, and both were very tasty. For the main course, we tried a lovely Malaysian curry with rice. They also had a good selection of non-alcoholic drinks, which was great.

Beth Starling Such a great find for dinner on their first weekend. The atmosphere had a buzzy, friendly energy, the service was spot on, and the food was delicious. The Padron peppers and sea bass were especially amazing, definitely two of my favourites! I really can’t fault either the food or the service. Such a great addition to the area, and I’ll definitely be back!

Sarasjuntorn Angkinun My husband and I can confidently say that etch. is the best fine dining restaurant we’ve experienced in Brighton so far. We booked the tasting menu with wine pairing, and every course was exceptional. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and full of flavour, while the service was warm, attentive, and truly professional. A wonderful dining experience from start to finish - highly recommend!

Lauren Kenny I need to start by saying the frumpet? Absolutely genius!!! Whoever thought of the frumpet and created the croque madame one is a true foodie genius because it was truly chefs kiss!! My partner had the English breakfast which looked really special too. There were so many amazing things on the menu, and the interior is really cute in here. Service was really quick and friendly, I’d definitely recommend visiting here!

Sohail Shaikh Situated at Western Road, besides WellBN.. its a treat for food lovers.. the interior is amazing and food Delicious.. but its the service which makes it a place to visit with family and kids.. we tried.. 1. Mirza Ghasemi with bread: mix of aubergine, eggs and tomato.. tasty 2. Jujeh kebab: grilled chicken pieces 3. Lamb ribs 4. Mix of lamb n chicken Each dish is served with roti/ rice and delicious salad 4. Kid Salmon for my son.. this is served either with rice or chips 5. Faludah ice cream : awesome 6. Chocolate cake 7. Tea Each n every dish has its own unique taste and flavour. The service was amazing. We were served free baklava for each of us and tea pot with a bowl of accompaniments complimentary, which was just icing on the cake.. cant wait to visit this place again and try other delicacies.

Tom Ward One of the best roast dinners in Brighton and Hove. Big portions and very well cooked - very decent pint of Murphy’s too.
