1 /5 Phoebe Payne: Absolutely shocking service. We spend over £200 a month here and are regular, loyal customers who usually order the exact same thing. This time our order was wrong – we were missing chips and one chicken chow mein. Simple mistake, fair enough… until we called.
We politely rang to explain and were told the missing items would be delivered out. When they arrived at the door, they then tried to charge us when we had already paid. Instead of checking or apologising, they became disrespectful.
The attitude was disgusting. No customer service, no professionalism, just embarrassment over a mistake they made. After realising they’d just lost a loyal, high-spending customer, they then took the food back and left.
Safe to say I will never be returning. You’ve lost a good-paying regular customer over your own error and awful behaviour. I will also no longer be leaving positive reviews. If you value your money or basic respect, avoid this place.
