oliwia ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Open Bakery is, without exaggeration, the best bakery I have ever been to in the UK and I genuinely don’t think anything will ever come close. I lived in Brighton for a year and I was literally living right in front of it, in a flat across the street. It became part of my week and I still think about it all the time. The pastries are so unreal that I don’t even have a single photo… because the second I walked in, I couldn’t even consider taking my phone out. Everything was eaten immediately. That’s how good it was. The atmosphere inside is perfect, warm, cosy, inviting, and just the kind of place that instantly makes you happy. And the staff are genuinely some of the friendliest people ever. It’s not just a bakery, it feels like a little Brighton treasure. They have incredible bread and so many other bakes, but I have to mention my favourite pastry of all time: the chocolate and almond croissant. I am not joking when I say I still dream about it. Flaky, rich, indulgent, perfect in every possible way. I would travel back to Brighton purely to eat it again. I live in the North now, and I swear there is simply nothing up here that compares. And honestly… if Open Bakery would ever ship so far, I will be the first person placing an order 100%! Brighton people don’t realise how lucky they are.

Steven Steve First time visiting. Food was very good and prices were good (mains around £5.50, sides £3.25, garlic naan £2.30). Dishes were full of flavour. Naan breads were perfect. They were happy to accommodate different dish requests. The "screaming hot balti" was very indeed very hot! Garlic chilli main we was very nice as was the korai and tarka Dal. Aloo chaat Puri and prawn Puri starters were great. Friendly staff, although we visited at 10pm and were asked to order quickly (restaurant states that it is open until midnight on a Saturday. That was the only negative. The restaurant has a nice selection of beers, with Cobra on draught and mongoose bottled beer 660ml. I havent seen mongoose for years so it was interesting to try that (its the original Cobra recipe). One friend had an Aspals cider, it was a fancy version and 7% abv! Ill try takeaway next time. If its as good as it was when dining in, then this will be my new go-to for takeaway.

Lina Amazing English breakfast! The welcome is absolutely top, super friendly and warm from the moment you arrive. Everything is delicious, well cooked, and really satisfying. And most importantly: don’t change the prices they’re perfect and honestly make you want to order even more. As tourists, this was truly our best London experience. We went there almost every morning during our stay and never got tired of it. 100% recommended!

zarlasht shams The new refurbished Taste of Lahore is a great place to be. Beautifully decorated, comfortable seating and plenty of space. Food is as delicious as ever and service by all staff was high standard. The floor is a little slippery but otherwise great experience, definitely recommend it and will be going again soon.

The chicken is cooked perfectly, very juicy, and well seasoned. No matter what time you come, the food quality is always the same – fresh, clean, and very delicious. The shop is well maintained and you can see they care a lot about hygiene and freshness. The ingredients are always fresh and the food is prepared with care. This is the kind of place you can trust to eat again and again. Customer service is excellent. The staff are very polite, respectful, and welcoming. They always greet customers with a smile and make sure you feel comfortable. Orders are taken carefully and served on time. You never feel rushed, and they always try their best to make customers happy. I especially want to mention a wonderful lady who works there, her name is Happy. She is very kind, friendly, and always smiling. She treats customers with respect and makes everyone feel welcome. Her positive attitude really makes the place feel warm and happy. She truly represents great customer service. Overall, this chicken shop is one of the best places to eat. Great food, fresh always, very good customer service, and a friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves good chicken and good service. I will definitely keep coming back and recommending it to friends and family.
