2 /5 Peter Bishop: Ordered via Deliveroo as they advertised a buy one get one free on chicken teriyaki pots. They both turned up half-empty so it was a bit of a scam and rather disappointing. But 1, get 1 in two pots should be the terminology used - shame as I liked itsu but just refuse to eat there now.

5 /5 Gwyneth Pang: I had such an amazing experience with this itsu, its probably the best one Ive been to and Ive been to loads of itsus around the UK!! One of the welcoming employees Emilia made my visit so nice and I would definitely come back again!

A special thanks to Sebastian who was very helpful in supporting me with my app. My phone was dying he actually lent me his phone charger to help me through the steps. Excellent customer service and extremely polite young man! Food is always great but customer service today was especially top notch.

1 /5 Eva Dobos: I am writing to file a complaint regarding an order I placed earlier today. I ordered 2 soup over two hours ago, and at the time of writing this message, it has still not been delivered. I was informed that I would need to wait an additional hour and a half, which is completely unacceptable for this type of order. At this point, it would honestly be faster for me to walk to the restaurant and pick up the order myself, which defeats the entire purpose of home delivery. I am extremely disappointed, as this level of service falls far below what is reasonable to expect. I hope my feedback will be taken seriously!!!
