1 /5 EM J CARTER: Ive just ordered a meal, 2 sides and 4 cans of diet coke. When my food arrived, the delivery driver told me 1 of my cans had burst, I said to the driver, ok things happen, they can just give me another can onto my order next time, when I got my food into the kitchen and opened the bags it wasnt 1 can it was all 4 of the cans that had burst and was leaking all over the place. I was told it was just the 1 can. I rang up to make them aware of this and see what they could do. After being passed around on the phone, I was basically called a liar, completely dismissed what had happened and they stated the driver couldnt do that because he was a good driver basically called me a liar, no apology, no offer of reimbursement or customer service. Never experienced such terrible service, very unprofessional, inappropriate manner of dealing with a customer. Its a shame because Ive ordered twice before from Kosing and the food was nice. I wont be ordering again.

1 /5 Zak Thomas: We had an order delivered to us from kosing, we had 2x sweet and sour chicken balls and 2x crispy chilli beefs and a couple other items. When we started eating, the couple other items were fine but the 4 dishes i named were aweful, the beef tasted like they needed to change the oil badly and the chicken balls were chewey on the inside and rock solid on the outside. There was a nice gentlemen who tried to sort the issue for us and give us these items free on our next order as the owner refused to refund us the items even after i fished them all out the bin to prove how bad they were. Today we tried claiming these items but the kind gentlemen isnt there and the owner is now saying we would only get 1 free portion of chicken balls. I got a tad annoyed and asked again if we could be refunded for the last meal as like we said the items we binned were not suitable to eat but he once again refused and called me a liar when i told him we had been told we would get all 4 items free. The owners attitude was disgusting and me and my family will not be eating here again.
