1 /5 강진수: I ordered my food via Uber eats. And then I could find notification the restaurant doesn’t have ingredients for my food. And I changed my order and the restaurant called me they didn’t have ingredients for another one too! And I said I’d like to cancel my order. But they didn’t do that and there was no way I could cancel my order cuz after the restaurant accepted my order I should wait or cancel but cannot get refund. I called to the restaurant couple of times but no one answered my calls. Then a few mins after, one of them called me and said I should cancel my order and I said there is nothing I could do. Then he said drivers keep coming to there. And said that what should he do. And he suggested, just have whatever they could give me(even that food price is cheaper than my order!) and I said I didn’t want. Then he said what should he do. I wasn’t a person who made this mess. But he didn’t say sorry. Wow. What a great customer service!
