3 /5 Darren A. Smith: I struggled with this review because we need to review for what it is, not what it could be, but what it should be.
It’s a Chinese buffet. That has its own problems of keeping the food hot. Yet, even accepting that it is hard, the food was generally like warm at best, which is not acceptable.
The Teppenyaki bar was very good. Fresh and hot.
Otherwise the buffet dishes:
- Hot and sour soup was not sour and tasted odd.
- Fish in black bean was very gelatinous.
- Ribs were all bone and no meat.
- Duck for pancakes did not look like duck.
The atmosphere feels very canteen like.
I’d not go back.
