1 /5 Selena 수민: Extremely unorganised service. I requested a proper indoor seat with a view of Big Ben when making the reservation, but we were placed in a separated indoor area instead. Although technically inside, it felt cut off from the main dining space and we couldn’t enjoy the view. The tables with the better view remained empty, so it was unclear why our request was rejected. Most importantly we could smell cigarette smoke throughout the meal.
The staff spoke in Chinese without checking whether we were comfortable with the language, and many staff members had difficulty communicating in English. I had also arranged in advance for a birthday dessert surprise, asking for a piece of dessert to be brought out after we finished our meal. Unfortunately this was ignored and I had to request it again in front of my friend, which ruined the surprise.
On top of that, the food was average and not worth the price. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I would not recommend this restaurant
