5 /5 Ana Maria: Lovely people, the staff made sure we are ok from the start till the end, great table service. Good tasty food, big portions ( we got take away boxes and finish the rest at dinner at home). Nice atmosphere, outdoor sitting. Fair prices. Good range of beverage. Kids friendly. Well done for keeping your quality standards high. We will be coming back for sure.

1 /5 achraf boukerrou: I ordered Chicken Meridas with chips from this restaurant, and I live less than five minutes away. Despite the very short distance, the delivery took an entire hour. When the food finally arrived, it was completely cold — not even slightly warm. For a fast-food order, that is simply unacceptable. Shortly afterwards, I received a phone call from the restaurant. I genuinely expected an apology or at least a clear explanation for the delay and the condition of the food. Instead, the conversation felt vague and unnecessary, as though it was an attempt to pre-empt a negative review rather than address the issue properly. Delays can happen — that is understandable. However, delivering cold food after such a short distance, followed by a confusing call instead of a sincere apology, reflects very poorly on the service. Disappointing experience overall.
