5 /5 Alex MacKeith: One of the best Pizza Expresses out there. The manager, Tich, is a model of hospitality, with an easygoing and witty manner. The waiting team are attentive and conscientious, while the chefs always deliver to the highest standard. Highly recommend this branch.

Each dish, especially their pizza, is crafted with obvious care, the crust is perfectly blistered, the ingredients taste and the flavors are beautifully balanced. But what truly makes the experience exceptional is the service. The Manager Tich, Virginia and Lina are attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and possess a genuine warmth that makes you feel welcomed and valued. They dont just serve a meal; they create a wonderful, seamless experience from start to finish.

2 /5 Matthew Dixon: Firstly I’d like to say that all the staff were very pleasant! However, unfortunately they were not massively on the ball. Forgetting small things in the orders etc. I’ve eaten at other Pizza Express locations recently for work lunches and the like, and found that the quality both of food and atmosphere was miles better than this branch. It seems that the quality of ingredients was vastly inferior, and you could certainly get that from the flavour and texture of what we ate, (both myself and my gf). Maybe it was an off night, I know it happens. Maybe the branch I’m used to is given the better budget as it’s in the city? I really wish I didn’t have to write a bad review, but unfortunately it was deserved on this occasion. P.S. once again the staff were nice!

1 /5 Tony G: Absolutely shocking customer service from the moment I walked in. Ive walked in torna takeaway and went up too a member of staff who ignored me as he was on his phone. I then got looked at told only takeaway in a very rude way!! I then ordered my 2 pizzas for takeaway and asked if it was 25% as per the poster in the window to be told its only for dinning in which I didnt see on the poster and told him so. He then snatched the menu out of my hand and said its only for eat in and thank you. As if to say good bye. I was very polite from the moment I spoke to him even though after the way he treated me I could have easily have been rude back. This is totally unacceptable and Ive left feeling very angry. I will email into head office as service like this from any business is not on. You would be sacked if you worked for me thats for sure..
