Hoha Fitness Grounded Bow is one of the best brunch spots I’ve visited in East London. The atmosphere is bright, modern, and welcoming, with a relaxed vibe that makes it perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a solo coffee. I ordered the Beef Full English Breakfast, and it was excellent, generous, well cooked, and full of flavour. Everything on the plate tasted fresh, and you could tell real care goes into the ingredients. The coffee here is also a highlight: smooth, strong, and perfectly prepared. Overall, Grounded Bow delivers on quality, service, and atmosphere, I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and tasty brunch in East London

Ashley Newton Team - what can I say apart from a lovely little find of mine and a great way to spend the gap between the afternoon and evening session at the Snookers Masters at Alexandra Palace. I’m not local; but we shall be back next year (snooker tickets already booked!) and if I’m travelling in the area. The team at La Petite were great, didn’t get the names (unlike me!) - but the two male waiters were really attentive. The balance of ‘rustic environment, quality of food & price point (I don’t chase price, I like quality, atmosphere and ‘real’!) was well balanced. I would have paid a bit more; but understand that need for balance. I can recommend, highly recommend, this place - if you think ‘posh and fancy’ well don’t - think rustic (lovely rustic), great food, great team, great value and more than all - truly warming; well trust me - this is the right place. Thank you for our ‘relaxed’ Sunday late afternoon - see you again. Ash
