5 /5 Hannah Travers: Exactly what you want from a cafe. Warm welcome, quick service, tasty food, good value and nice atmosphere. Would return if in the area again. We both has very good omelette breakfasts.

3 /5 G Mark (VW Dub & Bug): Today, we went here as we were in the area, so we got a nice friendly welcome from the waitress who was polite and helpful she took our order, and the restaurant and toilet were clean our food arrived after a few minutes. The toast came first, then the breakfast, which was odd but ok. the food was nice and hot. The best thing I can say about the food is that it was ok it lacked flavour and quality, and it seemed that it was done on the cheap apart from the price. The bread was so thin, and the sausages were run of the mill catering ones, and the bubble lacked flavour. My partner had two poached eggs on toast, which left her disappointed as they were overcooked on very thin bread . So sadly, we wont be going back as there are much better cafes around and cheaper, so not value for your money here . Set breakfast no.3 £9.00

5 /5 Shywithsprinkles _: Lovely experience at the selsdon cafe today, staff was very friendly very kind smiley, ordered a set 2 breakfast and 2 pancakes with syrup, the food was absolutely delicious the bacon was nice and tender cooked the way I like sausage very good and the egg was cooked to perfection nice and runny :). The pancakes surprised me with how big fluffy and delicious they were and they provided the best kind of runny syrup to accompany with. I also got a oreo milkshake which was delicious and a bottle of orange juice, my overall experience was very positive and I’d definitely come again! P.s. my partner ordered the full English with mushrooms and onion rings which are our favourite sides, in which it was a delightful and crunchy and the mushrooms were great too!

5 /5 Scott Wakefield: I came here with my girlfriend, and we both really enjoyed it. I had the full English with a side of onion rings, and she had the Set 2 breakfast with pancakes. I also got a chocolate milkshake, and she had an Oreo milkshake and a bottle of orange juice. Altogether, it came to £35, which I thought was very fair for the quality and portion sizes. The food was spot on — the bacon was lovely, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the chips were done just right: crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. The onion rings were crunchy (just how I like them), and the toast was made with good quality bread and nice butter. The sausages were big and full of flavour, and the black pudding was excellent — easily one of my favourites. The mushrooms were cooked really well too, not greasy at all. Both milkshakes tasted great, and the overall atmosphere was warm and comfortable, especially since it was chilly outside. The booth seating was comfy, and everything was clean. The menu looked great too — nice design, clear pictures, and reasonable prices. Definitely a place I’d go back to for another breakfast. Highly recommend!
