Shurzo’s Restaurant - (Near Southwark, london)

Sheena King When I got to the venue, I was greeted by several friendly and helpful security staff, which made me feel like my visit would go smoothly. In the dining area, I found plenty of seating options and chose a more comfortable spot. At first, I felt a little awkward with the staff, but one of them was very helpful with my sister and friends orders. As my sister and I were about to leave, we were asked about our bills, which was a bit embarrassing for me. This indicated a communication problem among the staff since they should have known the payment was already taken care of. Overall, the food was good; I really enjoyed the pepper sauce, which added flavor without being too spicy. The halloumi wrap was nice as well—simple but delicious. By the end of the meal, I was happily full and look forward to trying the prawns next time.

Miss K Flavourful food, great portions and great staff. What more can you ask for? The 3 course meal was great value (£34.50) and I left feeling stuffed with leftovers. I was recommended the prawn dish by Irene and I was not disappointed. Irene made our visit special and it certainly won’t be the last time I come.

// K A I L E I G H // Came here for a birthday dinner and had an amazing time! The place is decorated so beautifully and the lovely waiter, I think his name was Kesha, was so kind and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed the food!!! Especially the chorizo tortilla, red wine meatballs, and sizzling prawns! Couldn’t recommend the place enough! Thank you for an incredible evening ♥️

Doug Neilson Old corner pub with rather spartan interior. Nice, fairly short, menu of starters, mains and puddings. Very good service. Small portions and rather expensive for what you get, but a good visit for us.
