Cristina Stone A Pleasant Stay at Hilton Reading
I had a very pleasant experience at Hilton Reading. While the hotel is not overly fancy, it’s clean, comfortable, and well-kept — just what you need for a relaxing visit.
One of the highlights for me was the outdoor seating area, which was a lovely spot to sit and enjoy some fresh air. It added a nice touch of calm to the overall atmosphere.
What really stood out, though, was the service. We were looked after by Ilia, who was genuinely warm, attentive, and professional. He made us feel welcome and ensured everything went smoothly during our visit. It’s always the people who make the biggest difference, and Ilia certainly did.
We also had dinner, and we were looked after by Zoltan, who we know from our previous stay and he is always welcoming and friendly and two lovely youngsters Ava and Toby.
Overall, it is a nice, down-to-earth hotel with excellent service. Would happily stay again
