Lawrence Biscontini Neighborhood Gem Ambience: so many fireplaces to choose from, great decorations, warm & cozy, and even better than lamb next door Service: remembered me from day to day and even my choices; prompt and attentive and made everyone feel welcome from large groups to single diners. Food: delicious: my only suggestion is to serve a piece of bread and butter with your delicious soup! --what a shame!

Vibes CT Great chats - traditional bhel, dahi-puri and some innovations of their own (Diwali Cauliflower) .. amazing side dishes we ordered temple Daal, picnic potato curry) with rice. Very authentic - reminded of food back in Kathiawar.

Jack Cox Came for bottomless brunch, had an absolutely awesome evening and huge shoutout to Emily who made my partner and myself feel more than welcome and ensured we were never without a drink! Excellent service from herself and everyone at Turtle Bay!! My second time coming and I am sure there will be a third.

Barbara Warwick We celebrated a dear friend’s birthday here last night and we’re so impressed with EVERYTHING! The staff were all very helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough to ensure the evening was a success, which indeed it was! I am a coeliac and had no concerns whatsoever about my dietary requirements as they personally reassured me with every course that was served. Would not hesitate to recommend this gem of a restaurant in Wallingford

Megan Fairhead We went in for a spontaneous roast on Sunday and we are SO glad we did. We chatted with locals when we were waiting to be seated and the fire was crackling away in the corner- it was the perfect Sunday feeling. The food was absolutely delicious and the portion sizes were perfect! You can tell that Stuart the chef takes pride in his cooking as even the different meats had their own designated gravy - you dont get this often! Overall, we had a lovely afternoon at The Queens Head and Debbie went above and beyond to accommodate us. I would recommend booking to ensure you secure your spot as this little pub is really thriving - thanks for having us!
