5 /5 Alex Martin: I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Malayalam restaurant today. From the moment the food arrived, it was clear that authenticity and flavor were their top priorities. I tried the Kappa Biryani, and it was truly outstanding — perfectly cooked tapioca blended beautifully with flavorful, well-spiced meat. The balance of spices was just right, giving that rich, traditional Kerala taste without being overpowering. The Appam was soft, fluffy at the center, and crisp around the edges — just how it should be. It paired amazingly well with the Beef Pollichathu, which was the highlight of the meal for me. The beef was tender, juicy, and coated in a thick, aromatic masala, wrapped and cooked to perfection with that authentic Kerala-style preparation. Every bite was packed with flavor. I also had the Tandoori Chicken, which was beautifully marinated and grilled just right — smoky, juicy, and full of spices. Overall, the food felt homely yet restaurant-quality, with generous portions and authentic taste. If you’re craving real Kerala flavors, this place is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

5 /5 Shwetha Ravishankar: The Kerala has a lovely ambience and excellent service, making for a pleasant dining experience. I didn’t try many items on the menu, but I did have the chilli paneer. Unfortunately, I found it a bit too sweet for my taste. Would love to visit again and try more dishes!

5 /5 Ben Darnton: Had a fantastic meal here with a friend before going to the Watermill Jazz Club in Dorking. We were looking for another Indian Restaurant in Reigate High Street that we visited a couple of years ago but it had closed down so it was a nice to stumble across the Kerala! Service and food was excellent as was the wine (although £10 a glass was sobering). I will bring my family back here soon as this was the tastiest curry ive eaten for a long time!

5 /5 Vikram Mishra: Lovely place, we came to Surrey hills for a walk, it was tiring, but then we saw Kerela. Our host Hari made sure that we had a good time. And the food is soulful, and made with love and precision. I forgot where I was, trust me I felt I was actually eating in Trivandrum. Please try out this place, lovey people, great food.
