James Richings One of the best! I am a bit tentative when it comes to Thai food as its not my go-to cuisine, but my experience at Anong was fantastic. Kitthey, and her staff were very cordial, we had plenty of good chats as we had someone with an allergy at our table, they were so helpful in what we could order. The chicken and prawns were excellent, and the mixed platters were also very good.

Saori Coster We stopped for dinner without a reservation. Although the restaurant was fairly busy, we were given a lovely table. The food was great and nothing was too much trouble for the restaurant staff. A big thank you to Renato for making our evening very special. Well be back very soon.

Alan Newland A restaurant like this makes me want to move to Maidenhead. Everything about it was excellent. We shared a crispy aubergine with tomato for a starter which was delicious. I had a special, which was venison and mushroom tagliatelle - superb flavour. My wife had the crab linguine which my wife loved. The service was excellent too and the whole place had a great vibe. Perhaps best of all were the prices - fantastic value. Would come here regularly if we didnā€™t live 150 miles away.

Denisse Pasco Absolutely fantastic! This might honestly be the best Japanese food Iā€™ve ever had ā­ļø. Everything was very fresh and came out really quickly. The staff were quite nice and the atmosphere was relaxing but vibrant. We were 2 people and had the salmon sushi set, the chicken karaage and chicken gyozas, all for Ā£26, which to me is excellent value for money as the portions were filling and each meal came with accompaniments. Overall a great experience and I hope they get many more customers! We will definitely be coming back!

Hussein Mirzai One of the best restaruants in Maidenhead, the food is fragant with spices & aromas, I had a dish which was considered spicey but the flavours were well balanced & the dish was exceptional. The heat was never the main contender, the protein & sauce with the pilau rice were cooked to perfection & took centre stage. Portion sizes are very generous so beware, we could easily have had the chaat special between us & been delightfully full. If you are looking for something different & exciting, this restaurant has precisely what youre looking for. A great night, truely special.

Andrew Booth First and foremost, this is a quintessential British pub which just happens to have a Michelin star. The bar area is cosy and thereā€™s a good selection of reasonably priced drinks. On a Friday evening the place was full of locals which was great to see and had a really nice atmosphere. The signature triple cooked fish and chips were amazing and the best Iā€™ve ever had- itā€™s worth visiting just for these! The staff were friendly and down to earth which added to the laid back pub vibe. The prices are very reasonable given the quality, I canā€™t wait to return.
