5 /5 Marina Mukhina: The best restaurant in Horsham. Weve been there many times before but today (on a Saturday) we went there for lunch and drinks. My husband had a burger, I had 2 starters - smoked Chalk river trout/avocado/pickled cucumber garnished with trout caviar was simply delicious. Another starter I had was wild mushrooms on toasted bread - full of flavour and great presentation. I really enjoyed both dishes. The drinks menu is excellent. The service was quick and very friendly staff! Thank you so much and see you soon

5 /5 Alexandra Flint: This was our second visit to the Red deer. As per the food was absolutely incredible and the service was exceptional thanks to Svitlane. Always checked if we needed more gravy or YP. Was a very cosy roast for us all

4 /5 Martyn Peters: An excellent birthday celebration. Service was friendly and excellent throughout. Elena was a star. The menu is interesting and varied, the food overall was very good (steak excellent) and well-presented and, with the r caption perhaps of the chocolate fondants, very generous. Atmosphere is busy and can be quite noisy but maybe that is just a reaction from my elderly ears ! We will definitely return though.

5 /5 Aisyah Faruk: Such a lovely place! The warm welcome we received was just the beginning - we felt so looked after and with two kids in tow, that was definitely a plus. We loved seeing all the staff there as enjoying the service too, from the chef to the waiters, all were smiling, laughing, it was absolutely marvellous! Food exceeded our expectations too, both my husband and I had the Sunday roast - lovely veg, beef/lamb so good, huge Yorkshire’s and I could just drink the gravy! My daughter (8yo) had the veggie bolognaise (she’s not a veggie fyi!), which she finished and a huge Sundae (again, completely gone!). My son (18m) had the burger, which came with such crispy chips. Hubby and I finished our meal off with a pistachio soufflé and a chocolate fondant - both sublime. But as good as the food was, it was def the friendly service and the glow on the staff’s faces that really took this experience to the next level. Well done to the managers for looking after their staff so well! We will def return and will bring friends!
